Technology & Engineering Recruiting
From the engineers who build the thing to the executives accountable for whether it works.
OVERVIEW
Why this practice exists
Technology hiring fails in a predictable way. A process fast enough for the market loses people to a sloppy loop, and a process built for rigor screens for interview performance instead of engineering judgment. We recruit for software businesses and, just as often, for manufacturers, insurers, and healthcare systems that need real depth without an employer brand that sells itself.
What we screen for
Evidence of building rather than proximity to it. What the person owned, what they chose not to build, what broke, and what they did about it. For leaders, whether engineers who worked for them would do it again.
How we engage
Most technology searches run on contingency, with a fee due only when a hire starts. For a confidential replacement at CTO, CIO, or CISO level we run the search on a retained basis.
