What we screen for
Attributable track record. Not the fund's return or the desk's number, but what this person built, defended, or decided, and how it held up when the cycle turned. Regulatory and reputational diligence is part of the search, not an afterthought once an offer is out.
How we engage
Most searches here run on contingency, with a fee due only when a hire starts. Where a seat is sensitive or a strategy is not yet public, we run the search confidentially on a retained basis. We also support build outs, where several hires need sequencing rather than one role filled.
